At Res AI, Inc. (“Res,” “we” “us,” or “our”), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you access or use the Res platform, website, APIs, and related tools (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described below.
What This Policy Covers
This policy covers Personal Data we collect when you use our Services. ”Personal Data” means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual. It does not cover the practices of third-party services you may connect to through Res.
Personal Data We Collect
Account and Contact Data When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password. We use this to create and manage your account, communicate with you, and provide the Services.

Content Data
We process the content you submit to Res—including article text, URLs, and structured data—solely to provide the Services. We do not use your content to train models or share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Services.
How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
Provide, operate, and improve the Services

Service Providers
We work with trusted vendors who help us operate the Services, including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and customer support platforms. These parties are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only to perform services on our behalf.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Res, our users, or others.

We retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations. Upon termination or expiration of your subscription, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be deleted.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
